In Season (5/1 - 9/30):

$225 a night (2 night minimum)
$1350 for a week

$225 each additional night
(Except: Memorial Day, Labor Day, Jazz and Blues Fest @ $275 each additional night)

5 Night Minimum July and August

Off Season (10/1- 4/30)

$190 a night (two night minimum)
$1140 for a week

$190 each additional night
 

DISCOUNTS

October - March Special
Stay Two Nights or longer, get an Additional Night Free, valid 10/1/09 - 3/31/10, excludes holidays.

• $80.00 cleaning fee (non refundable)
• Refundable security deposit of 50% of rental amount is required at time of booking
• 2% Business Area Improvement Fee
• 9% Sonoma County Transit Tax for rentals of less than 30 days
• $20.00 non-refundable booking fee

• All contracts, receipts must be signed before booking occurs
• $40.00 change date fee
• Minimum stay of 2 nights except during event weekends where 5 nights are required.
• A security deposit equal to one-half of the rental amount is required
• Deposits is refundable within 14 days after departing providing all rules have been met, no damages, and the home is left as it was found
• 9% Sonoma County transit tax is due on all reservations for less than 30 days
• A non-refundable booking fee of $20.00 is added to all reservations
• Check in time-4:00pm/Check out time-12:00 Noon unless specified
• Visa, Mastercard, American Express, personal check, is accepted. If paying by check we will hold the reservation for no longer than 4 days
• All reservations are final
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Hearthside is available off-season (October through April excluding holidays) at a reduced rate
• We will not be responsible for any items left behind in homes. So please make sure you remove all personal items before you leave
• Homes is completely furnished with sheets and bathing towels, kitchen supplies, deck furniture, and propane grill. 
• Creek access is seasonal. 
• Dogs only.  No other animals, besides dogs, are allowed.  Dogs are not allowed on the furniture.
